Shipping FAQ

How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. If there are any issues with your order, you will be contacted within 24 hours. I'll do everything I can to ensure your items are shipped promptly. Please keep in mind that this is a one woman show and certain times of year may require longer lead times (i.e. holidays, family events, etc). 

What shipping methods do you use?
All packages are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). At this time, we do not ship internationally. Hopefully one day soon! The USPS website quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 days for domestic delivery. 

What if my package gets lost?
If your package gets lost, damaged, or stolen, please file a claim with USPS prior to contacting us for assistance. Once you have filed your claim, please send your claim ID# and other information to info@shopdecentvintage.com. A claim with USPS can last anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Please allow enough time for their response. If there is no resolution, we will issue you store credit in the amount of your original purchase, excluding shipping fees.
